Pre-event tasks

    • [ ] Ask ADMIN to make a Group for your City if one does not already exist.
    • [ ] ADMIN will have access to all registered attendees details on Luma, if you need anything please reach out.

Team/Volunteers

• [ ] Recommended Team composition
  • [ ] Event owner : This is the main point of contact for the attendees, and needs to be responsible for everything on this tasklist.
  • [ ] Backend management : This person is dealing with everything from a desk. They’re managing chat, keeping track of attendees and providing support via chat. (Someone from the core team will do this with you)
  • [ ] Dev support : This is someone from the dev team, who is available incase something goes wrong during the event.
  • [ ] Video: Someone who is on the ground, with everyone - capturing video footage of the event.
    • [ ] Video and images should be taken with a decent phone
    • [ ] We want coverage of the mapping experience not the event itself.
    • [ ] Focus is on capturing whatever happens in a map-a-thon, the fun parts, the social nature of the experience and how people map.
  • [ ] One additional ground support member in case of larger map-a-thons.
