Pre-event tasks

    • [ ] ADMIN will have access to all registered attendees details on Luma, if you need anything please reach out.

Team/Volunteers

  • [ ] Event owner : This is the main point of contact for the attendees, and needs to be responsible for everything on this tasklist.
  • [ ] Backend management : This person is dealing with everything from a desk. They’re managing chat, keeping track of attendees and providing support via chat. (Someone from the core team will do this with you)
  • [ ] Dev support : This is someone from the dev team, who is available incase something goes wrong during the event.
  • [ ] Content: As organizer, make sure you take enough good quality pictures and videos of the event. Feel free to post these on twitter and tag @dp_proto These serve two purposes. One, they serve as proof of event for us to verify the activity and attendance. Two, they help us share more about the event and highlight your contributions.
